Japanese Kanji Inscribed Equipment Carry Case

Japanese Kanji Inscribed Equipment Carry Case

$135.00

Size: 10 x 8 inches (when flap is closed)

This original tan camo Japanese cloth equipment carrying cases of bring back of the US Marine Corps soldier serving in the Pacific theater during World War II. This is a medium-size carrying case that would hold anything from the personal items of the Japanese soldier to grenades and other weapons. The bottom of the bag has a sewn patch that is constructed of a heavy duty material and has written kanji on the right side (most likely the soldier’s name or what the bag contained). The bag is missing the button that would've attached the front strap closing the bag, however, has a ‘salty’ and very used appearance.
