These war bond served as a loan from an individual, or business towards the Japanese military and government which would be paid back later with interest. This WWII era Japanese war bond was a bring back of Cpl. Dwayne H. Osburn (39332052) served during WWII with Battery 'B' of the 902nd Field Artillery Battalion.
